The RoleThe RoleJob knowledge & Experience • Stock control and process orders • Control and upkeep of warehouse, storage • Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets. • Ensure quality, delivery budget are met • Planning future capacity requirements; • producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; • Inventory Planning & Control • Distribution Planning • overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment. • Timely delivery of goods • Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations. • Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training. • Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area. • Follow up ERP program against with actual activities. • Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities. • Improvement & development of warehouse. |
RequirementsRequirementsCritical Competencies, Skills and Abilities Excellent oral and written skills; Experience in FMCG Sector in ERP systems is a must Good people management skills; and team management skills UAE driving license |
