Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be recruiting for a leading electronics retailer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client operates over 160 outlets servicing the major brands in mobile phones, computers, and electronic accessories.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for leading the receipt, storage & issuance of goods by ensuring warehouse operations are of a high quality, the warehouse management system operates effectively (WMS), Warehousing policies are in place & implemented & warehousing facilities meet the agreed standards (for premises, equipment & people) to make sure products are intact, are available & have the desired quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Supply Management and Planning Department to manage the flow of goods and monitor inventory levels, reporting to Supply Chain departments to optimize inventory levels when required.

Optimize warehouse utilization by ensuring warehouse area managers have knowledge of capacity, in order to meet warehousing cost targets.

Lead development and implementation of business processes, ensuring efficient and consistent practices in warehousing.

Ensure IRA is conducted on a monthly basis across the warehousing network, to avoid product and opportunity loss.

Monitor periodic reports on SLA compliance, by conducting review meetings within the warehouse to guarantee internal and external customer satisfaction.

Implement recruitment, targets and learning/development strategies for entire department. Ensure team are well trained and motivated through regular coaching and performance appraisals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6 – 8 yrs experience at management level (inclusive of 4 years warehousing management experience) in a retail or distribution organization.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in business related subject.
Strong command of English. Arabic would be an advantage.
