A leading world class FMCG business with expertise in the Middle East market, and a rich history in quality service, innovation and continuing growth composed of diversified workforce is looking for a technically qualified and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager with demonstrated experience in managing Warehouse and Distribution for a large number of SKU’s.

Job Overview:

-Assists the Warehouse controller in the coordination of shipping and receiving schedules, schedules workloads, ensures equipment and sanitation levels are safely and properly maintained.
-Controls cycle counts.
-Ensures efficient use of time and equipment, ensuring that the appropriate records are maintained and that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
-Maintains the integrity of the data in the WMS.
-Introduces the best working practices in the warehouse in order to keep the highest possible level of stock accuracy. Compiles data from WMS, such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
-Compiles stock control records and information.
-Oversees stock control and processing orders.
-Inbound to be received in time.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

-Minimum 8 years’ experience in Warehouse and Distribution Management.
-FMCG industry is required.
-Must have Degree qualification, preferably Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or any related discipline.
-Extensive experience in WMS or any related
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Preference will be extended to SAUDI or EUROPEAN nationals.

The ideal candidate must have a transferable Iqama and currently residing in Riyadh or willingness to relocate, if located in other part of KSA.
