Warehouse/Plant Manager

Salary: 50,000 to 65,000 plus benefits
Car: UAE Licence Required

Our client is a well-known Multi National in the Oil and Gas Services Sector is rapidly expanding, due to this growth they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team in as they change over to a significant large scale operation.

This is an exciting and new role where you will be responsible for the development of a completely new operating site. As an experienced Plant Manager you will also be exposed to every aspect of manufacturing, warehouse and logistics required to run a safe and efficient operation.

You will be responsible for the budgeting and strategic planning regarding the expansion to ensure that operations still run smoothly without any interruption to the client side. With the support of a 200 strong team you will be able to motivate and drive a high standard of performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Project Development and implementation of an operational shift.
- Design and implement structure and organisation of the operation, including recruiting and hiring and training.
- Establish and implementation of all controls required for Manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations.
- Management of all production budget schedules.
- Manage the utilization of personnel and equipment to meet product deliveries and meet performance objectives.
- Liaise with onsite government officials when needed.
- Review and approve production related expenditures and capital requests.
- Recommend changes, approve and recommend expenditures for improvement.
- Develop budget and control budget for Production related activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

- GCC / UAE Experience.
- Experience with set up and restructure of a large scale operation.
- 5 years working in a Senior Management role.
- Air-filtration knowledge useful.
- Oil and Gas background a must.
- Engineering Degree Ideal.
- Fluent in English both written and oral.
