Job description / Role
Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.To provide our retail and dealer's efficient supply of products and POS items that are given by the stores in charge, plan your visits so that deliveries are done safely and proper acknowledgments taken adhering to company procedures.
A) Proper stock checking, by model / dial code, should be done while taking the goods from Main stores against the invoice or delivery orders provided by the stores in charge. .
B) Plan the delivery route so that all deliveries can be done in an organized, timely manner.
C) While at delivery be observant about the dealers or our retail shops, if there is a matter you may think that should be known to the management please do so quickly. In case of dealer, refrain in supply of goods and inform management immediately.
D) Protect the goods in transit keeping in mind that organized crime can detect your usual delivery plan. Change the delivery route time to time without hindering the work. This is as goods in transit are of your total responsibility.
E) Get the goods receipt confirmation with signatures, names, and seal of the establishment, so that they can't deny the receipt later.
F) Keep the company vehicle you use for work in proper working condition and their door locks, safety devices are in good working order, if not inform management to get them repaired quickly. Use the vehicle only after the repairs are done.
Requirements
A) Minimum Qualification/Training : University graduate preferred but not essential.
B) Skills : An eye for detail, a good communicator.
C) Experience : 3 years in similar activity and sales too.
D) Competencies : A good memory in numeric and visual ability to discern
Small details. Proficiency in English to communicate.
