Employment: Full Time

Our client an award winning international financial services company headquartered in Dubai is currently growing aggressively in the UAE market based on their continued success internationally.

Our client set themselves apart from competitors by offering a transitional salary for the first 3 months (very rare in the industry) to help candidates settle in to a new role. They are also willing to reimburse the relocation airfare. An extremely attractive uncapped commission scheme is available from there on and our client run the payroll twice per month (fortnightly) therefore you never have to wait too long to feel the benefit of the business you write up.

Great performance incentives include a monthly lunch for top performers, most recently in the Burj Al Arab and luxury team holidays for the top annual billers, featuring a cross country tour in Europe in luxury sports cars in Lamborghinis and Ferraris.

Expected earnings:
Year 1 - $120,000
Year 2 - $190,000
Year 3 - $250,000+

On average, the first payout is paid in 6 weeks (including a 12-15 day processing period).

Your salary will increase as you earn residual income as your clients for the previous year renew their policies. Medical insurance and residence visa will be processed once you have written your first business.
