Reports To: Head - Digital Marketing
Organisation Unit: Retail Banking
Digital Marketing Team:
The digital marketing team is constantly evaluating new digital media and advertising products that will better serve the business and marketing objectives as well as manage existing contracts and relationships with performance marketing, and digital media agencies. The Unit is responsible to deliver in 3 key areas, Website Design & Development, Mobile Apps & Marketing and Content Creation.
The team is responsible for all elements around the banks and group companies website performance, ensure that relevant and meaningful content is placed, and constantly benchmark and evaluate the complete user experience for all online and mobile related transactions.
Key Deliverables:
Website Design and Development
- Managing the redesign of the banks website , while improving usability, design, content and leads
- Supporting the channels teams to develop strong UX interfaces to drive online banking
- Maintenance and development of all websites and micro-sites
- Lead form generation and capturing
- Supporting all digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads and conversions
- Provide thought leadership and identify trends to implement best practices for digital marketing, including analytics, SEM/SEO, email marketing, and content amplification
- Work closely with Business managers to create and implement a strategy to drive product awareness and acquisition on the website
- Manage a team of digital resources to ensure business requirements are effectively delivered within the stipulated timelines
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience required
- Strong web design and development
- Multi market experience preferred
- Strong technical understanding of tools and coding to design and develop websites
- Resourceful, self-confident, entrepreneurial focused, creative problem solver with prior experience developing websites and delivering results
