The Well Interventions and Integrity Manager leads a well intervention and integrity engineering and operations teams that plans, engineers and executes well interventions and integrity projects in safe and compliant manner to meet regions AOP goals.

The position is responsible for assuring well integrity standards are established and met through out the region.

The position assures I&I Engineering and Operations team work in concert with other Wells sub disciplines, Operations and Sub Surface community.

- Assure the Well Interventions and Integrity Team has clarity of vision & purpose; is conducting their day to day activities in line with BP's values of Safety, Respect, Excellence, Courage and One Team.

- Deliver safe & compliant intervention jobs (well surveillance, well integrity, well repair) from initial job planning, execution, learning and incorporating learning in future projects. Compliance with local laws and BP's engineering standards.

- Sponsor Well Integrity Management System updates for the Region including annual gap assessments and Life of Well considerations.

- Assure the Intervention Team operates within the framework of OMS and adheres to Global BP Standards.

- Demonstrate safety & operational risk reduction (and appropriate risk removal) for well intervention activities and existing wellstock.

- Provide Base Mgt with hopper inputs to ensure appropriate candidates are selected & progressed thru intervention stage gates.

- Support the integrated planning process using strict stage gate criteria for well intervention jobs.

- Assure intervention engineering design work is compliant with Global Standards and Processes.

- Deliver the well intervention annual plan and demonstrate continuous improvement for intervention performance.

- Improve well intervention performance through After Action Well Reviews (including input from Base Mgt).

- Serve as resource for Regional Well Intervention Engineering Community of Practice including coaching, development and advising on deployment.
Serve on Regional Wells LT and Global Well Interventions Network.

Requirements

BS Engineering or equivalent technical field

Candidate should have total of 15+ years of experience in well construction, repair, and integrity of which minimum 5+ years in leadership position.

10+ years of first hand experience in engineering of well surveillance, well repair and other productivity improvement methodology.
5+ years of experience managing Well Interventions and integrity operations, leading field teams including contractors.

Demonstrable achievement in delivering safe and compliant operations in accordance with the company standards and local regulations.

Experience in Risk identification and management related to all type of well activities.
