Job description / Role
My client is a multinational supplier of technical and engineer experts to the oil & gas, power, infrastructure, rail and chemical sectors worldwide and they are currently looking to recruit a Western Assignment Support candidate for their offices located in Dubai.
You will be required to offer support with onboarding and mobilization of contractors, weekly and monthly payroll, invoicing, client accounts, internal and external interfaces and administration duties.
Requirements
They are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working in a corporate environment with the following skills:

- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Ability to Adapt in a Multi-Cultural Environment
- Ability to prioritise and work with Tight Deadlines
- Good Microsoft Office Skills to Manage and Control Work Flows

- Experience in handling payroll and timesheets
