Salary Upto Dhs. 25,000/- all inclusive + medical insurance
Our client a newly established travel and tourism company based in Dubai is looking for a General Manager with strong sense of management who is active in travel and tourism field and able to bring big leads and turn their business into a profitable industry.
The ideal candidate will have local market experience (minimum 5 years) and be able to bring important and decision makers contact with him. You will provide leadership and vision to their organisation by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long term and annual business plans. You must have excellent contacts with corporates and airlines industry within the GCC sector.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in travel and tourism industry across the GCC region.
Diploma or degree in tourism, business or management is an advantage.
You should be a native English speaker.
Candidate must have proven sales and marketing abilities with good organisational, planning and customer service, leadership and team- building skills.
Several years of related retail sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
