Dhs 18,000 TOTAL SALARY
On behalf of our client, a local financial training organisation company based in Dubai, we are recruiting a Western Educated Indian National for the position Senior Sales Manager.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing detailed sales forecasts, strategic sales plans, assisting in identifying new markets and products, implementing training programs for new sales staff and existing staff members.
You will also develop and implement action plans to penetrate new markets and the launch of new products and the management of a small team of sales executives.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have at least 6 years senior experience within a corporate sales role, 3 years of which must of been managing a small sales team.
You should have the ability to work in a small but rapidly growing firm.
Excellent oral and written skills in English are essential.
This position involves frequent travel within the GCC region.
