On behalf of our client a luxury real estate developer based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Western Educated Male Director Of Sales. Reporting to the DCO you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team to optimize sales opportunities and raise customer consumer awareness in order to develop sales and reputation, establish and achieve the profitability and sales goals identified in the approved annual budget, review weekly sales reports, build customer loyalty, conduct employee performance assessments and report on market and competitor activities and affect on sales efforts.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be degree educated, a resident of the UAE, Western educated and preferably a native English speaker, have 10 years in the sales and marketing with luxury high ended property development.
