Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Up to Dhs15,000 as per experience plus private medical.

On behalf of our clients, leading multinationals in Dubai, we are recruiting several Personal Assistants for various opportunities.

In these roles, you will be required to provide top notch administrative support to senior level management - MD, CEO, Director level.

You will be responsible for areas such as travel management, visa requests, complex diary management, timesheet maintenance as well as managing correspondence on behalf of Senior Management.

You will also be responsible for document preparation, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other company documentation.

Requirements

Applicants must be WESTERN EDUCATED with a minimum of 3 years experience supporting senior level management preferably with a minimum of 1 years experience in the UAE.

You must have top notch administrative skills with advanced level MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).

You must speak fluent English both written and spoken and be very confident in your ability to drafting communications on behalf of Senior Management.

You must be proactive with the ability to work independently and / or part of a team. You must be a decision maker, detail oriented with the ability to deal with senior level management on a daily basis.

Please note that only Western Educated Female candidates will be considered.
