Up to Dhs 20,000 TOTAL SALARY

On behalf of our client, a leading luxury UAE Property Developer based in Dubai, we are recruiting a Female, Western Educated, Personal Assistant..
Reporting to the CEO and aged up to 39 years old, you will be responsible for the maintenance of company files and databases, travel arrangements, office supplies, staff visas, management of the CEO's diary, assisting with presentations, preparing and responding to to emails, telephone enquiries and messages.
You will also assist with and arrange company events and other ad hoc duties as requested by the CEO.

The successful candidate must be from the UK, US, Australia or New Zealand, a resident of Dubai with at least 5 years consistent experiences as either an Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary at senior management level.
MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
You must be well organised with attention to detail and the ability to multi task and work under pressure.
Candidates who can commence work immediately are preferred for this role.
