Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a well established company in Investments and Infrastructure Industry, we are looking to recruit an Urban Planner. You will be responsible of developing concept master plan including zoning guidelines, land usage, traffic and road design, and overall infrastructure planning catering to land size and expected population. You will be also responsible of designing master plan converting land parcels into optimal mix of built area.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning from a reputable university with extensive course work in both areas. You have one to three years of field experience with large master planning companies or previous experience in governments in town planning and city organization. You should possess experience and knowledge of using relevant urban planning software - AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign, PhotoShop and 3DMax. Only Western candidates with Western education will be qualified.
