Job description / Role
A multinational FMCG business has recently opened an exciting and highly challenging opportunity based in Dubai. They are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Wholesale Channel Manager to join their growing team.
As the Wholesale Channel Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for the wholesale channel within the UAE
* Oversee the implementation of trade marketing and sales operation plans to ensure that all sales and distribution objectives are achieved
* Identify new business through the wholesale channel to drive business growth
* Manage and motivate the wholesale channel team
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
* Bachelors degree in business management, marketing or sales, MBA would be an advantage
* Proven track record in a similar channel management role with experience in wholesale
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated and result-drive
