Job description / Role
Summary:
The overall objective of the role of wholesalers and retail Manager is to develop and implement the sales strategy in Saudi per customer in alignment with the companys strategic objectives, develop the distributor structure from capacity and route to market perspective meantime manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis. Key focus will be on improving visibility, developing new customers and driving sell out programs.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer all financials
Building a long term partnership with the customer.
Responsible for the strategy per customer vs. overall channel, and all canvas execution for that channel (including trade investment budget management, range and placement optimization)
Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to the companys commercial strategy and the customer trading terms.
Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.
Requirements
Experience with a blue chip fast moving consumer goods Company of at least 8 years proven track record /Sales Experience with key international or local retailers.
Experience of influencing and engaging key figures in customer organizations.
Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage.
Educated to minimum bachelors degree level in a commercial subject.
Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
