Job description / Role
•Develop the brands available in Hamac portfolio within the GCC and build a strong wholesale network.
•Define annual targets and sales plans for the brands in the GCC and other assigned territories.
•Responsible to achieve defined budget through the year
•Prospect and Develop clients’ portfolio,
•Strengthen relationships with existing clients via sales meetings, visits, e-mails and telephone.
•Process clients orders and make sure deliveries are on time
•Define budget for each client in order with company targets.
•Analyze sales reports to assess business results and be proactive in merchandising and replenishment orders.
•Negotiate the terms & conditions and the company policy regarding margin, commercial discount, payments and marketing activities for wholesale & consignment agreements.
•Analyze sales; prepare buying report for new collection and re-orders.
•Monitoring competitors and new brands,
•Merchandize and maintain the showroom,
•Maintain an excellent customer service with clients,
Participate to brands sales meeting if any.
Requirements
•Have excellent presentation skills
•Have very good negotiation skills
•Have experience in wholesale fashion products with the UAE and GCC
•Be able to travel and enter all GCC
•Leadership skills, ability to motivate and train others in the case of adding sales representative in the future
•Have excellent computer skills
•Have a confident personality
•Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
