The Role


Norq solutions is seeking a motivated Mobile Application Developer for Windows Mobile 6.5 and earlier versions to be based out of Dubai. The Developer will work in a dynamic environment to create state of the art mobile apps to be used by people and enterprises all around the world. The job requires the ability to develop Windows Mobile 6.5 and WinCE applications for mobile computers.

Requirements:
Experience creating Microsoft .NET Compact Edition - CE Mobile Applications.
Solid understanding and hands on programming in any object oriented languages like .NET.
Solid understanding of JSON, REST, XML and SOAP (Web Services).
Sound experience in developing online and offline apps.
Solid experience in any of the commercial RDBMS (MS SQL or Oracle).
Good hands-on with compact database engines like SQL CE or SQLite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly collaborative and be able to work with different teams.

Preferred:
Involved in the different aspects of the software development life-cycle: Design, Documentation, Implementation, Delivery, etc.
Be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and management.
Good research skills.
Experience in providing state of the art mobile User Experience.
Hands-on experience with ADC (Advanced bar-code capturing) techniques and tools.

Qualifications:
BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
