At Norconsulting we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join our team.
- 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in any of the following sectors Engineering, Construction or Pharmaceutical sector.
- Generating own sales leads from networking, industry knowledge, current niche expertise.
- You will have extensive Business Development and have recent and consistent Account Management experience.
You will work on a commission only basis. With a straightforward commission structure on all your placement billings. You're paid on a very simple deal basis: Any placements you make you get 40% of the cleared profits from the client. There is no 'cap' on your earnings, quite simply the more placements you make the more money you'll make.
