Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We have an urgent requirement for 4 new members to join our team. Here at QPM we are working hard to ensure Worker Welfare is handled at the best possible level.

As a result, we need 4 new team members to help us manage this task.

This is an important role where you will help increase engagement both ways. Letting staff in the labour camps know what best practices are as well as letting management know what points the labour staff are raising.

Experience in Labor Camp management either through a contractor or facilities management company.

Be able to monitor Camp safety issues such as fire, hygiene, space, amenities.

Be able to audit camps and their facilities to make recommendations for changes in adherence to the new Labor Welfare standards implemented by Qatar Foundation.

Must be multi-lingual to communicate with the different nationalities living on camps.

Requirements

Education in one or more of the following - Occupational Health, HSE, ISO Auditor.

Not necessarily Degree educated but must have diploma’s and training certs relevant to the field.

MUST be able to communicate in English as well as another language such as Hindi, Telugu, Tagalog, Malaysian, Arabic etc.
