The Workplace Effectiveness Manager (WEM) holds a crucial role in the P&O Function ensuring effective management of the administration function and team. In addition to holding this element together, the WEM has a large part to pay in terms of governance to the Guidelines and in terms of communication of the operational and strategic running of the Gulf Offices.
The WEM requires highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills in order to manage effectively the relationships with internal, cross functional teams and to communicate effectively with the Management Teams.
The scope of responsibility and the nature of the role means that the WEM has large discretion and freedom to act however, regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure needs are being met is essential.
Managing the team effectively and empowering them to carry out their duties (which link together the whole function) are the measure of success for this role.
5 years Operations / Facilities / People Management experience
Recruitment & HR Administration including appraisals
Extensive Project Management Experience - Proven portfolio of interior projects
Extensive Administration Management experience
Budget management experience
