We also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles, plant and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries as well as the franchises for Hertz Rent-a-car - the worlds largest rental and leasing company and FAMCO heavy goods Machinery.The purpose of this role is to control job flow to appropriately skilled technicians maximising on time completion, testing washing and minimising down time while ensuring all resources used are posted to the job card. *Achieve customer satisfaction by on-time completion *Ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control. *Ensure all materials and labour resources used are posted to each and every job card. *All warranty job cards are cleared in a timely manner. *Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance / repair. *Ensure Technicians' optimum productivity *Maintain standard operation codes and current flat-rate manuals. |
