The RoleThe RoleWorkshop Controller - Al Futtaim Motors - Ras Al Khaimah Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing. Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including; Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our workshop in Ras Al Khaimah. The main job responsibilities include: * To control job flow to appropriately skilled technicians maximising on time completion, while ensuring all resources used are posted to the job card. * Cause repairs to be of Toyota Quality. * Achieve customer satisfaction by on-time completion * Ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control. * Ensure all materials and labour resources used are posted to each and every job card. * All warranty job cards are cleared to NSD in a timely manner. * Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance / repair. * Ensure Technicians' optimum productivity * Maintain standard operation codes and current flat-rate manuals. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have the following skills and experience: * A Diploma within an Automotive discipline * Have a high level of organisational skills * Be computer literate * Will have worked in the role of a Junior Supervisor in a shopfloor environment |
