The RoleThe RoleObjective: Over-see the over-all conduct of the workshop Main Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of 5 - Analyze and solve maintenance and repair problems - Ensure that all heavy vehicle, heavy equipment are in excellent running condition Reporting to : Workshop Supervisor/Manager Subordinates : Mechanics and Electricians Other Interactions : Production Manager, General Manager, Admin Dept. Number required : 5 Duration : 2 to 3 years Desired Start Date : Immediate Probation : 3 to 6 months Gross Monthly Base Salary : USD 1,000 to 2,000 depending on qualifications, tax free Other Benefits : Housing, Transport, Health |
