Workshop Manager

Job description / Role

JLR background or Premium Brand experience
Ability to ensure service and repairs are carried to the highest standard of quality
To ensure efficient use of materials, equipment and labor
Control and supervise staff in the use of equipment and tools
The ability to combine theoretical knowledge with hands on technical experience using the technical material provided by the manufacturer
Assess and report on staff performance
Controlling workshop by allocation of jobs
Coding all jobs and warranty repairs
Quality control of all jobs
Workshop capacity planning and loading

Requirements

Minimum Total Experience: 10 years
Minimum Managerial Experience: 3 years
Minimum Education: Academical
Motor Vehicle Technical Background: 5 years
Age Group: 30-50
Language requirements – English, Russian (optional), Turkish (optional) and Azeri (optional)
