Job description / Role

The key purpose of this role is to supervise the workshop and assist the Service Manager in putting in place service plans to ensure that the department meets targets set by the management team.
• Develop and monitor the schedule of work on a monthly basis.
• Establish and review the workshop's structure and work flows.
• Support the service/workshop staff to ensure maintenance is done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervise product quality work and provide feedback to Technical Support Specialist.
• Maintain repeat job register.
Requirements
To be considered for this role:
• Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Technical)
• Management qualification preferred
• Workshop supervisory experience is required
• GCC experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Be organised
• Must have good communication skills
