The RoleThe RoleA leading luxury car dealership is seeking to recruit a Workshop Manager to oversee all technical issues within the Workshop and meet productivity targets. Job responsibilities will include: * Delivering the highest technical standards and workmanship from all workshop staff. * Instructing the Foreman and Mechanics concerning repair procedures and contacting manufacturers when necessary. * Ensuring all warranty work carried out complies with manufacturer’s terms and conditions. * General management of workshop staff – shift patterns, training, disciplinary matters etc. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe require you to have at least three years of workshop experience in a supervisory role. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage, but not necessary. Appropriate diploma/degree in mechanical/automobile engineering is must, along with relevant manufacturer training courses. |
