Workshop Supervisor

Job description / Role

- Ensure full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve planned operational targets.
- Coordination and planning of workshop team operation for maintenance and repairing of vehicles.
- Record keeping of parts movements and leasing agencies documents.
- Reporting activities on costs, breakdowns per trailers drivers, downtime and other reports on demand.
- Propose improvement in cost of repair or other cost associated with workshop operations.
- Monitoring and coordination of PROs for renewal for all licenses related to the circulation of fleet.
- Coordination with outside maintenance workshop for vehicle maintenance purposes.
- Assist the staff technically and trains them.

Requirements

- Technical diploma or higher level education.
- 5 years experience with technical environment related to transportation vehicles (Heavy and light duty) and the administration of spare parts.
- Mechanical ability and knowledge of transportation vehicles
- Planning and organization skills
- Computer literacy

- Communication skills
- People management
