Job description / Role
- Define/ implement strategies aimed at retention/ enhancement existing market share
- Prepare pipelines based on forecasts aimed at accomplishment of business targets
- Build/ maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers across existing clients/ prospect organizations aimed at identification/ development of new business opportunities
- Focus on collation/ understanding of client's business, organization, strategy and financial position to enable effective decision making
- Develop consultative selling strategies to align organizational capabilities to business requirements of clients
- Groom/ mentor effective teams involved in identification, acquisition and catering to client requirements
- Render qualitative presentations to highlight one face and one IBM strategy to clients
- Involved in understanding/ translation of IBM business and brand strategies into specific solutions for client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in Drive sales opportunities with key Influencers/ Business Partners selling in the territory
- English: Fluent; Arabic: Fluent
- Experience in building and maintaining Partner Maps with a focus on expanding solutions coverage mapping
