The key to the innovation is a professional coordination between market and stakeholder understanding. We are now seeking talents who want to contribute to IFA Leisures success and global expansion. Men as well as women are equally welcome to IFA Leisure Management Team. The YOC Member Services Manager will oversee the management of all aspects of the delivery of first class services to the Yacht Ownership members. Main areas of responsibility are: Organize the simultaneous bookings of the members on all IFA yachts in different locations on different seasons. Continuous follow-ups with the members on their bookings either by email, phone and after working hours by mobile as may be required. Putting together suggested itineraries along with the estimated APAs prior to any charter. Assisting members with additional information, visit visas, entertainment, etc After completing the charter, final APAs and invoices are sent to the members. Payment follow-ups first on the estimated APAs before the member embarks the yacht and invoices after completing the charter. Once the funds in IFA Yacht Chartering LLC account payment receipts are issued accordingly. Communicating with the Captains on daily basis. Handling Merlin for bookings, on hold, maintenance, transit, credit accounts. Handling Sale & Purchase agreement for YOC members new or renewal. Follow-up with current and new YOC members for their annual membership payment. Attend exhibitions subsequently meet with potential clients, follow-ups and closing YOC sale. Commercial charter bookings through various agents doing the same procedure as for YOC members when organizing cruise. IFA Jet, presently handling bookings for IFA H&R Management. But once the Club is officially launched responsibilities will increase to meet IFA H&R Standard. |
RequirementsRequirements Strong written and verbal communication skills.
