The Role

We recruit primarily in consumer facing markets such as retail, fashion, marketing and fast moving consumer goods and Quest is well established as one of the top performing businesses in these sectors. As a result of consistent success and expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our market leading retail recruitment team, to specialise in international recruitment.

In this role, you will recruit senior level retail professionals into a range of major retailers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, India and the Far East, as well as Australasia. Joining this established desk, you will work with existing Quest clients as well as developing new contacts within international retail. Although the role is primarily based in London, you will also travel abroad to visit your clients. You will work with autonomy and the results you achieve will be a direct result of your ability, enthusiasm and hard work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of recruiting internationally or alternatively with recruitment experience within the retail sector in the UK.
