The Role


An international real estate company is looking for an exceptional individual to join a newly established regional office.

Job overview:
- in charge of all the projects held in the designated area
- involved in new business development as well as market research, brand positioning and awareness etc
- establish internal and external communication within departments as well as with third party organisations, media agencies etc
- build client relationships and recognise future niche markets
- liaise with country managers within ME area
- implement, adjust and control company's strategies, business code and vision
- recruit, train and prepare managers to take on senior responsibilities

- extensive experience on senior level within real estate developer
- extensive commercial background
- university degree
- negotiating and strategic skills
- excellent communication skills
- leadership skills
- good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- great organisation skills
- fluent in Arabic and English
