The Role


The Role

Leighton requires experienced civil engineering managers to work on Alliance partnership projects. You will influence the overall performance of the design team, "Champion" the engineering function and support the design through all phases to completion.

Managing through your team, you will be the prime driver of the design function and be able to lead your team to produce Innovative design that not only satisfies the contract targets, but delivers innovations and solutions that are the means to exceed and enhance project objectives.

Requirements

You are likely to have a strong contractor background and have worked as engineering director/manager on civil engineering projects in excess of £50m. You will demonstrate a detailed and collaborative approach together with the ability to engage and inspire staff and stakeholders to challenge themselves to achieve outstanding results.
