We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our rapidly expanding team in Oman.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Provide comprehensive training and support to a range of clients in the construction industry
- Manage product implementation for clients
- Maintain active relationships with key clients
- Respond to customer enquiries and software related issues
- Seek leads and referrals for the sales team
- Provide input into customer service strategy and direction

Requirements


Requirements

To be successful in this role you will ideally be an experienced Software Trainer with a strong knowledge of the Construction industry. You will have the ability to work independently and learn new software applications quickly and to keep a training group engaged. You will have excellent presentation and customer service skills, and the ability to identify and improve customer service processes.

This position is suited to a flexible, positive and energetic candidate who is not afraid of a challenge and has the passion and drive for service excellence. The applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritize their time accordingly, work under pressure and must have outstanding training skills. Experience in Construction, Architecture, and Consulting industries would be very well regarded.
