The RoleThe RoleA Dubai based developer is looking for a Marketing Manager to work on their prestigious development. The development includes high end luxury residential villas, a hotel and spa and the final phase of retail and office space. It certainly offers an exciting opportunity to get into a great development that will involve working with some serious luxury and high net worth customers. Responsibilities: - to be in charge of a marketing department - service high net worth clients - establish internal and external communication within departments as well as with third party organisations f.e. media agencies - organise real estate events, exhibitions etc - prepare promotional campaigns to expand brand awareness - work on advertising campaigns - prepare market and competitor analysis to be able to established short term and long term strategies - coordinate work with sales department and provide support whenever it is needed - recruit, train and evaluate marketing staff -attend board meetings - adjust company's international mission, vision and statement to local environment |
