Job description / Role
Ideal candidate should have degree/diploma in Quantity Surveyor or other relevant engineering background with at least 4 to 8 years experience.
Major Responsibilities:
Take off for the Entire Project. Material Forecast, Tracking Schedule & Reconciliation.
Preparation of Interim Valuations.
Evaluate Variations and Claims.
Tabulation of Price Comparison and Cost Summary.
Regular and up-to-date claim submissions and follow-up.
Checking Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Progress.
Certifying progress claims and invoices.
Valuation of all Sub-Contractor's claim including all related variation orders.
Preparation of Cash Flows.
Preparation of cost Reports (Control and monitor the detailed Work Progress, "cost incurred against budget available on a work package basis").

Requirements
Candidate should have degree/diploma in Quantity Surveyor or other relevant engineering background with at least 4 to 8 years experience.
Should have prior experience with Construction or Oil and Gas Company.
