HR Assistant

Job description / Role

As a provider of multi-disciplined technical services to the built environment, Atkins Middle East is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine, innovation, imagination and best practice.

Due to our continuing expansion we now require a HR Assistant to assist in the provision of a successful and proactive HR function for part of the Atkins Middle East business.

Responsibilities

Filing of all personnel documentation.
Preparation of bank letters for new joiners to set up local bank accounts.
Preparation of salary certificates as required.
Maintenance of employee leave charts and leave details.
Preparation of documentation required for employee medical insurance and assistance with any medical claims.
Typing of employment contracts as required.
Assist with recruitment using the Recruitment Management System -- Global Successor.
Preparation of induction information and advice of the same.
Assisting with ad hoc duties as required by the Senior HR Advisor
Other duties as requested from time to time.

Requirements

Technical Competencies

One year HR administrative experience or HR degree
Must have outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English
Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows -- Word, Outlook, Excel
High degree of accuracy required

Behavioural Competencies

Must be able to work independently with a proactive approach
