Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Receive annual objectives from senior management for implementation and hold sessions with team to assign them respective objectives and ensure compliance / desired progress through effective monitoring amongst teams.
Review previous year's targets and assists in development of major account strategy and territory plan. Ensure that account planning is defined and completed by each sales team.
Hold pipeline / opportunity reviews with sales teams regularly and maintain forecast accuracy.
Coach and guide sales teams and extended account team members and personally contribute to major account development.
Ensure completion of performance reviews and career plans and salary recommendations for team members per company's HR processes.
Hold regular meetings, both formal and informal, 1:1's and team meetings, with team members.
Review and compiles weekly pipeline project report and projects quarterly sales for discussion with Supervisor.
Develop and build relationships with customer executives to meet and sell ideas and coach team members to leverage the appropriate internal and external stakeholders for broadening reach within each lead account.
Direct and assist development of specific plans in cohesion with Marketing, Technical and Product Teams to ensure revenue growth in company's products and sales support needed to drive pipeline velocity.
Help Product and Technical divisions to understand market needs and trends, and suggest options for value added services to be bundled with the existing product portfolio.
Ensure team win / loss reviews are conducted by Sales Managers and participate as needed.
Negotiate effectively where needed with major accounts for effective deals closure.
Direct BR team on compliance of all corporate account agreements and contracts. Reviews and approve major regional corporate sales contracts ensuring compliance with client's policies.
Assist in development of pricing policies and appropriate pricing for major account proposals. Negotiates on sales prices and discounts with large customers.

This person will be the GM Sales for entire Gulf region.

Requirements

Nationality : Western origin only

Educational Qualification
Preferably Masters. Bachelors in Computers or Business Administration

Experience
4 - 7 years of proven sales experience and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners.
Extensive experience working in small to medium "virtual" account teams-field sales, technical specialists, partners, and leading these teams towards a common vision/strategy for each account.
Incumbent should demonstrate knowledge of the business drivers within a variety of vertical industry markets.
Understanding of Microsoft technologies sales preferred.
An overall passion for sales within a technology environment and for the business value it drives.
Fluent in English.
