The RoleThe Role1- Record all materials movements on the automated system on a daily basis 2- Record all materials movements on the automated system on a daily basis 3- Issuing periodic reports required by financial, technical and project management 4- Follow-up updates to the materials manual and request new classification of the materials from the central committee markup 5-Follow up on purchase orders issuance and receipt 6- Follow up on the work of the warehouse supervisor 7-Participate in the periodic inventory check 8-Building price index for materials and services |
RequirementsRequirements1- University Degree in Finance, higher credential is a plus 2- Fluent in writing and spoking English 3- Competence in specific accounting software application 4- Fluent in writing and speaking French |
