The Role


•Development and implementation of Sales strategy (C3C) in order to achieve sustainable profitable growth.
•Organisational development in order to achieve sustainable productivity and operational excellence.
•Operational steering of the company Sales organisation in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
•Personal development within the organisation.
Recruit, select, develop, train and motivate subordinates to support their personnel development and maximise their productivity.
•To develop, implement and monitor market and product strategies, programs and tactics to achieve objectives.
•Prime mover for Sales Management Process (SMP) with coordination of all parties involved in Multi Channel Selling system.
•Act according to guidelines established and adapt those to real requirements in order to continuously gain productivity.
•Quality assurance to perform in compliance with the quality standards with overall goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.

•Able to plan and prioritise effectively -- strong track record of development and successful implementation of sales strategies.
•Customer oriented with a focus on quality and service.
• Create a motivating and winning team; hiring and development of young talents.
• Work in a structured way and ability to manage priorities.
•Clear and concise communication skills.
•Understanding of basic budgeting principles and manage discrepancies

•MBA or Engineering graduate
•30 to 35 years of age.
•English language is a must, preferable Arabic and/or French.
•Agreement for 3 years minimum in country of assignment.
