The Role
Our client, a semi-government organization, responsible for leasing land to logistics businesses is looking for a Engineering Facilities Manager to join its team in Bahrain:
Engineering Facilities Manager
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with internal property developers to create development briefs and characteristics of facilities.
• Evaluate technical consultants planning, architecture, engineering proposals and recommend award.
• Review and recommend approval of master plans, construction guidelines, architectural and engineering designs, and provide feedback to developers.
• Ensure compliance of master plans, construction guidelines, and designs with municipal and other regulations.
• Monitor project budget and working capital requirement as well as identify and assess key risks and mitigate such risks through project management.

• Degree qualified in either a construction or engineering discipline.
• Over 7 years of Project Management experience of managing projects in real estate with strong exposure to all aspects of developments in the Middle East.
