Responsibilities
Manage the full Service P&L for Service Delivery, Service Sales, in the whole Africa region
Manage 4 zones Service Managers & 75-90 employees - Develop Support and lead indirect channel channel across Africa countries
Strong growth expected in revenue and margin
Service Delivery & strong process experience for strengthening and further building our service platform
Profile should be strongly business and customer oriented but also people and culture sensitive for smoothly manage transitions, acquisitions, talents building
Proactively fulfilling the Company's Healthcare Services strategy by managing a team within a region. Develop business plans and execute their fulfilment. Hire, select and develop Services professionals and manage their performance to reach business goals

Technical Service Knowledge
Customer and quality driven candidate will be responsible for enhancing service delivery
Experience with reputable multinational companies in the High Tech business
Strong team management and leadership skills
Profit center successful experience
Business growth mindset
Fluent English
Knowledge of Health care industry (desired)
