The Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing manager will be responsible for assisting the BDMs with the sales follow up, customer support, administrative support and assist the engineering team with documentation preparation.
1. Tracking of incoming enquiries and follow up on delivery sales quotations.
2. Level 1 follow up of all outgoing quotations with customers
3. Attending to customer queries and updating the Business Development Managers (BDM).
4. Co-ordinate with, and support the BDMs in Sales Quotation history.
5. Assist BDMs in maximizing profitability by providing the updated information on Gross Margins
6. Initiation of Pre Order Activities like sending GA drawings/ Runway Tolerance Charts/E-catalogues etc.
7. Tracking of order status and follow up
8. Provide administrative assistance to the BDMs with reference to the customer.
9. Inter departmental co-ordination to ensure quick delivery at all stages of the project.

Requirements
Requirements
Must be proficient in business writing.
Fluent in spoken English.
Must be able to work under pressure and target oriented
Must have a customer focus and a 100% sales resource
Preferably worked in recent past with sales support function in engineering or capital equipment based industry.
Working knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage
