The Role
• Oversight of all IT related functions and activities.
• Interact and support as required with HSBC IT Group, Takaful, SABB IT, GLT and system vendor(s).
• Ensure all IT related projects are kept on time and within budget.
• Providing MI as requested to the senior management of HSBC Group, SABB, SABB Takaful and GLT.
• Build strong relationships with all key IT and related stakeholders
• Ensures that IT plans are maintained and managed efficiently and effectively.
• Work with the GLT Project Manager to ensure project effectiveness.
• Adopt a proactive approach to IT project resolution.
• Manage and control IT projects and initiatives in accordance with Group standards e.g. FIM for IT, IFIM, GSM.

Requirements
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years experience in IT Insurance or a bank.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Accomplished management skills from an IT environment.
• Possess strong building relationships skills.
• Able to handle multi-tasks and manage varied IT projects and support services.
• Able to communicate effectively both internally and externally with all levels of management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong people orientation and focus.
• Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English.
