The Role
Core Purpose:
To meet the divisional HR needs as per the company policy and procedures, to develop, manage and implement progressive centralized HR functions such as Group Recruitment, P&C, Payroll, HR Support by complying to Almarai policies, procedures and practices designed to partner with the Divisional HR needs and to develop this capability to ensure that Almarai can cost effectively attract, retain, develop, manage and reward employees with the requisite skills, knowledge and abilities to ensure continued business success.
Key Responsibilities are:
„«Manage and lead effectively and efficiently Almarai recruitment processes, systems in order to ensure that the right people are recruited at the right time as per Recruitment Policy and Procedures.
„«Manage and lead the P&C team to implement compensation and benefits across divisions to ensure consistency, fairness and standardization of benefits across all divisions by adopting the laid down HR business processes and Systems.
„«Manage and lead the payroll team to accurately and timely payment to all categories of employees.
„«Review and bench marking against external markets, in order that it facilitates attracting and rewarding staff of the requisite calibre in line with market criteria and recommending changes where appropriate.
„«Efficiently and effectively lead the HR support team to ensure that Corporate HR Support services such as travel agency services, medical insurance benefits and issues, accommodation management and HR finance are all managed well.
„«Assist in strategy formulation and policy design in relating to HR issues and practices.
„«Facilitate the Project 4D implementation to automate the HR business processes and systems as agreed with external consultants.

Requirements
Requirements
The Ideal Person Should Have:
„«Degree in Business Administration or HR related discipline with IT background.
„«Postgraduate in Human Resources Management a distinct advantage.
„«5 years of managerial experience in the management of Human Resources Management with special focus on development and project management.
„«Exposure to SAP HCM, Project Management, Research assignments etc would be an added advantage.
„«Excellent people management and inter personal skills.
