The Role


The Role


CORE PURPOSE:
To review and update the Almarai HR Policies, procedures, processes, systems, standards in line with the global best HR practices, to compliance to the law of the land & align to the Almarai business objectives, strategies and to conduct organization structure/job analysis in comparison with best global HR practices in order to ensure jobs are fairly evaluated in line with the job market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
„«Initiate & lead the review, formulation and standardization of HR policies, procedures, and processes with the stakeholders, in order to contribute to attraction, retention, development of human resources in Almarai.
„«Ensure compliance to the HR policies, procedures, processes across divisions by providing access to the line managers and conducting auditing periodically.
„«Continuously facilitate and lead the review, analysis of sub processes of HR function process SLAs/AM to ensure standardization and compliance to quality standards.
„«Strategize HR projects that promote employment branding and create a culture of excellence by incorporating the quality standards.
„«Promote positive employee relations culture by addressing the escalated employee issues, grievances and providing support to the division for redressal.
„«Strategize the organizational analysis of existing or new departments by analyzing the existing and newly created jobs and arranging for job evaluation using Hay methodology for determining the job size in comparison to the existing jobs in Policy 1.
„«Analyzing jobs across functions and finalizing the structure, reporting relationships, job responsibilities for the jobs in line with Almarai Job descriptions guidelines.
„«Managing the various change management initiatives by developing appropriate communication strategy.

THE IDEAL PERSON SHOULD HAVE:
„«Degree in Human Resources or MBA.
„«Qualified in Quality Systems.
„«Certified in Hay Job Evaluation is desirable.
„«5 Years managerial experience in the review of HR policies, organization development initiatives, well conversant with employee relations process.
„«Experience in an FMCG in the similar function such as handling employee relations, organization and job analysis and HR Policy review would be added advantage.
„«Analytical, Organization and Planning, Strategic Planning and Execution, Leadership Skills, Team Work, Confidentiality and Communication skills.
