The Role


The Role


AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To manage all ongoing administrative issues in HO to improve all administrative services across the company.
-To liaise, coordinate, facilitate with the statutory bodies in the Kingdom relating to all the legal formalities required to be complied as per the statutes for enabling an individual and his family to settle down and function at ease and other administrative functions of Head Office.
-Ensure that Company has the appropriate manpower to achieve its objectives.
-Accommodation and Catering maintenance and Upgrade office space and catering facilities.
-Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations to protect the Company.
-Liaise with sponsors to gain their influence and approval when necessary and to update them on business activities.
-Maintain the company Villa provided to employee at the standard stipulated in the personnel policy and ensure higher standards of service level.
-Allocate responsibilities among the team members in order to achieve the functional goals.
-Facilitate the accident cases with the government bodies for providing total solution.
-Co-ordinate with the Ministry / Government for repatriation of the remains of dead employees to their home country by adhere to the Almarai standard.
-Ensure the electrical / mechanical / Electronic / Civil equipments are well maintained / serviced on time and are utilized effectively.
-Allocate, maintain and upgrade the office infrastructure / consumable to provide better working environment.
-Maintain / develop the Lawns & trees around Head Office Indoor / Outdoor plants to improve the aesthetic view of the site as a whole.
-Conduct appropriate activities to ensure that all direct reports are appropriately trained and can understand and meet their objectives.
-Provide inputs to Company budgets in areas of direct responsibility (e.g. visa and licensing costs, etc) to ensure that budget estimates are as accurate as possible.

THE IDEAL PERSON SHOULD HAVE:
-Graduate with Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management and Administration.
-Should be numerate and analytical.
-Fluent in Arabic and English communications both oral and writing.
-Work in a computerized set-up with strong team leading skills and multi-tasking responsibilities.
-Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in GCC within FMCG sectors.
-Technical knowledge of the job with the required qualification - Labour law / Company policies.
-To be able to work under pressure and to handle sizeable volume of activities.
-Presentable and built in confidence of completing the assigned tasks.
-Assertive, methodical, tactful and cooperative personality.
-Well developed managerial and Analytical skills.
