The Role
The Role
The main objective of EDMS Developer is to cover/ develop defined Customer Support & Application Development responsibilities, in order to achieve and exceed personal and company's target.
Achieve and exceed the company's plans from your designated activities.
Ensure the highest level of coverage through proper services management and task planning.
Involvement in the Document Management community/industry.
Knowledge of relevant solutions, technologies and industry trends.
Development of customized utilities.
Setting high standards of performance for self and others.
Assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments and tasks.
To maintain stable performance under pressure.
Using appropriate inter personal styles and communications methods to gain acceptance of products, services or ideas from prospects and clients.
Actively participating as a member of a team to move towards the completion of goals.
Working effectively and cooperatively with others, establishing and maintaining good strategic working relationships.
Effectively meeting customer's needs, building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
Taking the responsibility of feeding back the necessary information and maintain the integrity of the data base.

Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree in related fields (BSc., IT degree etc.)
2 years of Dot NET developing experience preferably in Kuwait
Java, J2EE programming language knowledge
Oracle and MS SQL Server administration experience
Document Management Systems, Workflow and eDMS knowledge
Arabic Nationality with excellent knowledge of English language
Excellent communication skills and use of business related software
Solution Presentation & Demo Skills
