The Role
The Role
Job Summary:
Follow up on employee affairs issues that involve providing guidance to employees and on personnel issues such as labour relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
Key Result Areas (Responsibilities):
1. Applies Administrative Regulations, Personnel Rules, labour laws, policies and procedures to department management and employees.
2. Assists in developing and administers departmental personnel policies and procedures consistent with Human Resources Department policies and serves as departmental liaison to HR Department.

Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any related field.
2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or other HR related functions.
Bilingual is preferable
Communication Skills (verbally and in writing in both English and Arabic)
Knowledge in the Labour Law
